Job Title: IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT infrastructure specialist to maintain, secure, and optimize our organization's network, servers, and backend systems.

The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in IT infrastructure and support, with expertise in Windows Server, SQL Server, and network administration.

  • Monitor IT tickets and assign or resolve issues promptly to reduce downtime.
  • Manage and maintain local and cloud infrastructure.
  • Monitor security systems, networks, and live systems; respond to alerts.
  • Administer Windows and SQL servers, including patching and updates.
  • Handle network administration and access control.
  • Maintain technical documentation for infrastructure and security processes.
  • Manage backup systems and disaster recovery procedures.
  • Apply security standards and ensure compliance with IT policies.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

This is a full-time position requiring strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments.
