Job Description

The role of Qualitative Interview Host is a key position within our Market Research Project Management team. In this capacity, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of market research studies by facilitating start of scheduled interviews and providing troubleshooting support as needed.

As the business continues to grow, we require an individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to interact with all levels within the organization. Your exceptional written and verbal communication skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as your self-motivated nature, will enable you to work in a team environment and effectively communicate technical steps in a friendly and simplistic manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Multilingual in at least one of the following languages: French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese

Additionally, you should possess a strong working knowledge of Windows and Apple operating systems and product suites, internet browsers including Safari, Microsoft Edge, Chrome, and Firefox as well as Apple and Android mobile devices.

Benefits
  • $8-$10 USD per hour
  • Operating hours between 03:00-20:00 EST
Additional Information

This role requires a high level of organizational skill and self-discipline to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You should be able to quickly solve problems as they present and proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
