Are you passionate about creating a seamless work experience for clients and employees alike?

We are seeking an experienced Workforce Manager to oversee workforce planning, manage absenteeism and attrition, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Operations teams.

  • Report directly to the Vice President of Operations and/or Chief Operating Officer.
  • Utilize Lever, MySQL, and other tools to match idle talent with active opportunities in partnership with Talent Acquisition.
  • Manage offboarding processes to ensure timely removal of tools and system access for employees exiting the company.
  • Track account churn and work with leadership and Talent Acquisition to secure timely replacements.
  • Maintain a centralized, up-to-date database of all active employees, including accurate organizational charts and reporting lines.

As a Workforce Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing daily workforce health updates and coordinating staffing needs with Talent Acquisition and Operations as required.
  • Tracking account churn and working with leadership and Talent Acquisition to secure timely replacements.
  • Collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure new hires are matched to the right clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in workforce management, preferably in a BPO or remote work environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to forecast workforce needs.
  • Proficiency in workforce tools (e.g., Lever) and data management systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
