Project Coordinator

About This Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing detailed project plans, including identifying all project phases and predicting the time required to complete each one.

  • The candidate will coordinate with project managers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to gather information for plan development.
  • Update and adjust plans based on project changes and delays.
Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor the progress of construction activities and compare this with the project schedule.
  • Identify and report potential risks and delays, and assist in developing contingency plans to address them.
  • Prepare reports on project progress and plan status for project managers and other stakeholders.
  • Use project management software to assist in managing and tracking schedules.
Requirements
  • Ensure that all project activities are carried out in compliance with legal and safety standards.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide scheduling input and advice.

Schedule Management

This role requires excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure that project timelines are met. The successful candidate must have strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
