HR Administrator Job Opportunity">

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized HR Administrator to join our team. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources functions.

Job Description:
  • Employee Document Management: You will be responsible for managing employee documents, including creating and maintaining standardized employee folder structures, migrating employee documents from various platforms, and organizing historic interview notes.
  • Template Development and Maintenance: You will develop and maintain templates for recruitment and selection processes, including interview guides, phone screen questionnaires, verbal reference forms, and sourcing strategies.
  • Compliance and Auditing: You will assist in preparing and supporting internal and external HR audits post-system implementation and collaborate with the medical team to flag employees requiring medical clearance.
  • General Administration: You will provide ad-hoc HR administrative support as required by the HR team and maintain confidentiality and security of all employee records and sensitive information.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the mining and minerals, processing, oil & gas or heavy industries.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with HRIS software would be an advantage.
  • Good understanding of record keeping and audit processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
