About the Position:

As a specialist in professional services, you will be responsible for developing and launching mobile platforms for clients. You'll oversee deployments, execute platform updates, and ensure every build meets quality standards.

This role is key to delivering seamless onboarding experiences for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build client mobile platforms following guidelines and best practices.
  • Execute branded app deployments, including testing and implementing updates.
  • Perform QA checks to ensure platform accuracy and functionality.
  • Log work and updates in internal tracking systems.
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Continuously suggest improvements to internal workflows and tools.
Success Metrics:

Measures of success include:

  • SLA Compliance: ≥ 95% of builds completed on time
  • Internal Ticket Resolution Time: ≤ 2 business days
  • Deployment Volume: Meets monthly team benchmarks
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience working with technical or SaaS products.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with web builders (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace, Shopify) is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
