Job Role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Centre Customer Service Representative to handle hotel booking inquiries, modifications, and cancellations. The ideal candidate will provide detailed information about hotel amenities, rates, and availability, resolve customer issues in a professional manner, and maintain accurate records.

Requirements
