Job Summary:

The Business Analyst role is a key position in our organization, requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify, plan, and scope process design changes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to design, test, and implement solutions
  • Assess the impact of proposed solutions on existing processes, workflows, policies, and procedures
  • Create and maintain project documentation e.g. Business Requirements, Functional Requirements, etc.
  • Manage Jira boards and facilitate scrum meetings
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Graduate of any IT-related course is preferred
  • Ideal candidate has implemented complex business process logic and worked in a software development environment
  • Experience in handling technical teams and business/end users by translating technical terminology through simple oral and visual techniques and tools
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in EXCEL (pivot tables, basic formula e.g. vlookup)
  • Proficient in Jira and Confluence
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Skills:
  • Comfortable in understanding pseudo code
  • Familiarity with ISO Standards
  • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms
  • Experience in creating ERDs (Entity Relationship Diagram) / UML (Unified Modeling Language)
  • Experience in handling workflows, policies, and procedures
  • Worked with diagramming/workflow design applications (Draw.io, Miro, Figma, etc)
Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position following the standard office hours.
