Key Role Overview

As a Senior System Development Specialist, your expertise in process mapping, automation, and executive dashboard development will be instrumental in streamlining operations and driving measurable outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with experience in simplifying complexity and translating vision into actionable plans. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that drive business value.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement system designs that align with business objectives
  • Leverage automation tools such as Zapier, Make, and Power Automate to streamline processes
  • Create executive dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive data-driven decision making
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions that drive business value
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in BPM/Automation/Operations Excellence
  • Cross-industry exposure in real estate, construction, marketing/brokerage, retail/e-commerce, manufacturing, and/or digital marketing
  • Proficiency in Zapier, Make, Power Automate, Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace, and APIs/Webhooks
  • Remote readiness with initial remote engagement and potential conversion to on-site full-time at HQ
