Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Delivery Operations Specialist who will be responsible for supporting the Delivery Operations within our Customer Success department. The successful candidate will focus on tools, processes, reporting, control functions, and audits to ensure alignment, accountability, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have experience in operations, business analysis, or a similar role, with a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. They will be comfortable working with data tools and have excellent organizational and planning abilities.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Data Analytics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in operations, business analysis, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in documentation, change management, and supporting the rollout of tools or processes.
