Required Skills and Qualifications- Background in civil, sanitary, or environmental engineering, or any related discipline
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Confidence in communicating at all levels of the organization
- Recognized engineering professional qualification (PRC license)
- Ideal basic knowledge in the use of GIS software (QGIS, ArcGIS/ArcMap, or any similar software)
- Ideal experience within hydraulic modeling of wastewater networks
- Ideal experience delivering flooding assessments and assessing catchment risks
- Ideal advanced skills in data analytics, assessing monitor data, and catchment modeling
