Job Title: Infrastructure Automation Specialist

Help us build and automate Azure infrastructure using Terraform and CI/CD pipelines as a key member of our global SaaS systems team across EMEA & APAC.

This is a remote position that requires collaboration with distributed teams.

About the Role:

Tribal Group, a leading EdTech SaaS provider, supports education institutions worldwide. We're hiring an experienced Infrastructure Automation Specialist with strong expertise in Azure infrastructure automation, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and manage Azure infrastructure (VMs, VNets, Key Vault, App Gateway, SQL, Logic Apps)
  • Automate provisioning with Terraform (modules, backends, workspaces)
  • Own and optimize CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
  • Monitor systems with Datadog, Azure Monitor, Prometheus/Grafana
  • Handle incident response, postmortems, and improve Service Level Objectives (SLO)/Service Level Agreements (SLA)
  • Collaborate with distributed teams across EMEA and APAC
Requirements:
  • Proven hands-on experience in Azure infrastructure (not just admin work)
  • Practical use of Terraform in production environments
  • CI/CD pipeline ownership (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions)
  • Ability to work effectively in global remote teams
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Power Platform / Logic Apps integration
  • Familiarity with incident response frameworks and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) best practices
Additional Notes:

This role is not suitable for infrastructure-only profiles or ticket-focused support engineers. We're looking for engineers with real Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD ownership experience.
