We are seeking a highly organized and proactive administrative professional with marketing expertise to provide exceptional support to our founder.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: manage the founder's inbox, calendar, databases, office maintenance, travel arrangements, expense reports, and computer equipment upkeep.
  • Business Development Support: triage inquiries, maintain customer relationship management systems, organize business development activities, welcome new clients, and send press releases.
  • Marketing Support: update website content, manage online entries, research journalist contacts, support founders in press or event initiatives, and coordinate projects.
  • HR and Finance Support: maintain payroll systems, onboarding/offboarding processes, draft contracts, manage sick leave protocols, support recruitment processes, and perform bookkeeping reconciliations.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in executive assistance, communications, or marketing.
  • Able to work on Eastern Standard Time (EST).
  • Effective communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Highly motivated, resourceful, and driven mentality.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, Microsoft Word, and CRM software.
