Key Responsibilities- Manage all accounting functions including reconciliations, invoicing, transaction categorization, expense tracking, and accounts receivable follow-ups when needed.
- Monitor outstanding invoices, follow payment terms, and escalate overdue accounts to management.
- Provide administrative support such as answering calls, sending quotes, and assisting with office tasks.
- Handle bill payments and ensure timely processing.
- Offer occasional support for order processing or research as needed.
- QuickBooks Expertise: Minimum of 3+ years; must be confident and efficient without requiring training.
- Highly Organized: Ability to work methodically without jumping between tasks, maintaining consistent processes.
- Professional Communication: Friendly yet professional manner, with clear English.
- Administrative Skills: Capable of standard office work and basic customer service.
