
Senior Talent Attraction Strategist

Looking for a challenging opportunity where you can blend the best of creativity with process implementation in a high-volume talent acquisition environment? We are seeking an experienced leader to manage our talent attraction strategy and team.
You will be responsible for building and executing sourcing plans, managing vendor relationships, and using data results to evaluate effectiveness and maximize return on investment. As a successful Lead Talent Attraction Specialist, you will champion initiatives alongside the talent acquisition team to know upcoming associate hiring needs and maintain advanced awareness of applicant flow requirements.
- Create comprehensive sourcing plans to ensure budget optimization and maximize applicant flow to meet business needs.
- Develop and implement effective marketing programs to attract top talent and drive diversity hiring efforts.
- Manage vendor relationships to deliver timely and cost-effective services that support business objectives.
- Analyze data results to evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Project manage collateral creation to establish deadlines, approve creative concepts, and hold vendors accountable for on-time delivery.
As a senior-level professional, you will supervise, coach, train, and develop talent acquisition marketing staff while contributing personally to team results. You will also partner with procure-to-pay teams, accounting, and finance for accuracy and timeliness in departmental marketing budgets, reporting, and accounting practices.

If you have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field, strong knowledge of the US/Canada talent market, and experience managing budgets, we encourage you to apply.
