Job Opportunity: Recruitment Marketing Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Recruitment Marketing Supervisor to lead our North American talent attraction functions and team. As a leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of a remote results-oriented team with the ability to work onsite at least once a month.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a remote team with the ability to work onsite at least once a month
  • Leading initiatives alongside the talent acquisition team to ensure advanced awareness of applicant flow needs of the business
  • Creating a comprehensive sourcing plan and driving sourcing efforts to maximize applicant flow to meet client requirements
  • Using data results to evaluate effectiveness and marketing programs and maximize return on investment
  • Partnering with vendor relationships such as job boards, internet media, collateral providers, community partners, job fair organizations, university and workforce partnerships, diversity hiring partners, and staffing agencies
  • Project management skills are essential in establishing deadlines, approving creative concepts, and holding vendors accountable for on-time delivery
  • Supervising, coaching, training, and developing talent acquisition marketing staff while contributing personally to the team results

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Human Resources, Communications or related field or equivalent experience. Strong knowledge of the US/Canada talent market and sourcing channels is required, along with creative and innovative talent attraction ideas. Ability to manage budgets and using advanced excel is also necessary.
