Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage the flow of customs processes with precision and timeliness.

  • Oversee the customs clearance process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with regulations and laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate the transfer of customs declaration information into the customs entry system, accurately interpreting data and classifying goods for efficient processing.
  2. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and optimal workflow.
  3. Verify and submit customs declaration information, guaranteeing accuracy and adherence to regulations.
Required Skills

Excellent knowledge of customs brokerage procedures and relevant legislation, including classification, valuation, and origin. Additionally:

  • Understanding of ocean, road, and air documentation processes
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Proactive approach, effective time management, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Reporting Structure

  1. The Customs Clearance Agent will report directly to the Lead Customs Brokerage Agent
