About the role

As an Import Coordinator at All Flag Logistics Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless movement of freight and cargo across international borders. This full-time position is based in Paranaque City, Metro Manila, where you will be responsible for coordinating the import process, managing client relationships, and optimising logistics operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinate the import process, including customs clearance, documentation, and communication with various stakeholders
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of imported goods
  • Analyse import data and identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimisation
  • Maintain accurate records and generate reports on import activities
  • Collaborate with the wider logistics team to enhance overall operational efficiency
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations, policies, and industry best practices

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in import coordination or a related logistics role
  • Strong understanding of import procedures, customs regulations, and documentation requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and partners
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to analyse data and generate reports
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of the Freight/Cargo Forwarding industry and its operational landscape
