Job Description:

The Logistic Assistant is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient coordination of inventory, delivery, shipment, and warehouse operations. This role involves monitoring schedules, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records to support the company's logistical needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor inventory levels, withdrawals, and payment schedules.
  • Coordinate and track delivery and shipment schedules to ensure timely dispatch and receipt.
  • Process payments for truckers and shipping lines.
  • Oversee warehouse operations to maintain order, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Monitor and manage the revolving fund for logistical activities.
  • Prepare and issue invoices accurately and on time.
  • Follow up on collections to ensure timely payment from clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve logistical issues promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field.
  • Experience in an agricultural or related industry is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
  • Strong coordination, judgment, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
