They arrange the schedule of deliveries and staff, to meet the customer demand with little to no delay. Receives products and coordinates delivery, and they also responsible for preparing loads for shipment

Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupervise orders and arrange the stocking of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs. Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures. Reviews prepares, and routes purchase orders.

Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments. Monitor shipments, costs, timelines, productivity. Address and resolve shipments and inventory issues.

Communicate with suppliers, retailers, and customers to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction. Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, and executed orders. Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.

Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by their superior. Prepare accurate reports for upper management. Plan and track the shipment of the final product according to customer requirements.

Liaising and negotiating with vendors and suppliers to ensure the quality of stock purchases. Coordinate and monitor all supply chain operations. Ensure premises, assets, and communication ways are used effectively.

Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures. Make sure that they are always well-versed in supply management principles and practices. Responsible for great record-keeping abilities and a customer-oriented approachable.

Minimum QualificationsQualificationsBachelor's degree in logistics, business administration, or equivalent. Proficient in MS Office. Minimum of at least 2 yrs.

Experience in logistic management. Working with the paper industry with the same position is an advantage but not required. Good management and organizational skills.

Strong problem-solving skills. Have a stong communication and negotiation skills. Experience in customer service will have an advantage.
