Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the transportation of goods from suppliers to customers.
  • Track shipments and ensure timely delivery, resolving any delays or issues.
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records of stock.
  • Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare and maintain shipping documents, invoices, and reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on order fulfillment and delivery timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in operations coordination or a similar role
  • Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Prior experience in demand planning and forecasting is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,070.00 per month
