Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service and Order Manager to join our team at ShipNow Information Technology. As an Assistant Product Category Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional support.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries related to products and services.
  • Choose suitable responses to customer issues and provide quick solutions.
  • Anticipate customers' needs and follow up on previous customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer support.
  • Oversee customer service/order processing/warranty and general operations.
  • Organize and moderate daily order lists and warranty lists across all platforms.
  • Audit Amazon A+ Contents, FF, TPW, and other listing platforms for accurate data.
  • Assist with overall warranty and replacement issues.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant Category Manager
  • At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service (BPO or International company)
  • Proficient in processing sales orders, auditing, and warranty issue handling
  • Experience in Customer Escalation Handling/Good conflict resolution skills
  • Must be goal-oriented, organized, and ready to work/think outside the box
  • Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Outstanding phone and email etiquette
