Job Summary:

At Cyberbacker, we are seeking a skilled Customer Appointment Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our client acquisition department, you will play a vital role in scheduling appointments with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct inbound and outbound calls to schedule appointments with clients
* Follow up with leads to ensure appointments are set
* Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and text message
* Update our CRM system with relevant information after each interaction

Requirements:

* Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Strong customer service orientation and listening skills

General Requirements:

* Good command of the English language
* Must be 18 years of age or older

Device and Network Requirements:

* Intel Core i3 (6th to 12th gen), i5, i7, or AMD equivalent
* 10 Mbps DSL or Fiber internet connection
