We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Office Coordinator to join our team at Outsourced Quality Assured Services. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, administrative support, and coordination of daily operations.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office is essential, as well as experience in a front desk or administrative role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manning the front desk and receiving incoming calls and documents
  • Accommodating guests, applicants, and clients, including booking transportation and arranging meetings
  • Organizing monthly events and work-life balance activities
  • Scheduling appointments and maintaining a calendar
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely and clear communication
Requirements
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
Working Conditions

This is a full-time office-based role in Eastwood, Monday to Friday. Occasional overtime or flexibility in working hours may be required.

Estimated Salary

$45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience
