We are seeking a detail-oriented Property Asset Coordinator to work with our existing client. The ideal candidate will excel at obtaining, organizing, and maintaining accurate property information and documentation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collecting, verifying, and maintaining accurate property records
  • Managing tenant communications and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinating property inspections, maintenance, and repairs
  • Preparing and managing leases, forms, and notices using Google Forms and Docs
  • Tracking rent payments, late fees, and lease renewals
  • Maintaining organized digital records via Google Drive and Sheets
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant housing laws and regulations
  • Supporting property marketing and tenant onboarding processes

The successful candidate must have:

  • Previous experience in property management is a must.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to obtain and manage information with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms, Drive)
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
