Job Opportunity

The Asset Management Officer plays a pivotal role in driving sales and leasing activities for the company's Real and Other Properties Acquired (ROPA) assets. This encompasses foreclosed and attached assets such as properties, vehicles, and chattels.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing the sale or lease of foreclosed and attached assets and be able to develop and implement effective sales and disposal strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Planning and Strategy: Develop an annual sales and leasing plan for all ROPA assets, identify high-value or time-sensitive assets for sale or lease, and monitor payment collections.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting: Establish sales targets, recommend necessary budget allocations, and provide regular reports on asset status and sales performance.
  • Sales and Lease Management: Build a comprehensive client database, update and manage asset inventory, and execute sales plans to meet targets.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in managing the sale or lease of foreclosed and attached assets.
