Workday Package Consultant

Job Description:

As a Workday Package Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in the design, implementation, and support of Workday Integrations. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist clients in the design, implementation, and support of Workday Integrations
  2. Develop solutions that meet client business needs
  3. Engage in implementation planning, fit analysis, facilitating design sessions to gather requirements, configuration, unit testing, rollout and potentially post-implementation support
  4. Resolve configuration and functional business issues across the various HR modules
  5. Work with visionaries across multiple industries to improve the hybrid cloud and AI journey for the most innovative and valuable companies in the world
  6. Support a culture of evolution and empathy that centers on long-term career growth and development opportunities in an environment that embraces your unique skills and experience
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Expertise in Workday Core HCM and Integration with Studio and Learning
  • Consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise
  • Ability to engage in implementation planning, fit analysis, facilitating design sessions to gather requirements, configuration, unit testing, rollout and potentially post-implementation support
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve configuration and functional business issues across the various HR modules
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
