Effective people management and organizational efficiency are key aspects of this role. The HR Specialist will provide strategic advice and support to ensure the smooth operation of the Human Resource Department, overseeing compensation and benefits programs, coordinating HR projects and databases, and collaborating with the HR Manager.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies
- Oversee the planning and execution of HR projects and HR Information Systems/databases
- Collaborate with the HR Manager on employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance issues
The successful candidate will analyze market trends, assess program guidelines, and devise proactive HR initiatives for employee engagement, retention, and development. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
Requirements:- College Graduate in Psychology, Business, or a related field
- At least 6 months - 1 year of working experience in HR roles or similar positions
- Understanding of HR principles and proficiency in basic HR software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Accuracy in tasks such as data entry and documentation
Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to professional standards is also required. Adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to quickly grasp new concepts and policies are essential.
