Electrical Engineer

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our team in product portfolio management. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including design, applications, test, marketing, quality, reliability, and manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Review temperature characterization data with test engineering and relevant Cpk (process capability index) data to ensure yield targets are achieved during qualification or transfer.
  • Submit necessary Agile ECRs/ECOs (engineering change requests/orders) to set up all necessary part numbers, bill of materials, documents, flows, etc., to prepare all products for update or revision.
  • Submit PCNs (product change notices) and manage customer interactions, including sample preparation and qualification packages.
  • Work with failure analysis (FA) to determine root cause on any reliability and qualification failures.
  • Work closely with global manufacturing facilities to address customer-specific product quality, yield, and cost reduction issues on mature products.
Qualifications:
  • BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field (e.g., Chemical, Mechanical, Physics).
  • Minimum 8 years of direct product engineering or OSAT experience.
  • Proven record of product engineering leadership resulting in quantifiable improvements in yield, cost, and scrap reduction.
  • Ability to identify, collect, analyze, and present data necessary to resolve yield-related issues based on silicon technical skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience in MOSFET/IGBT technologies and SiC is a plus.
  • Thorough understanding of power semiconductor fabrication processes and device physics, product testing, performance, and reliability.
