About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Assistant Supervisor to join our team at Excel Coil Coating Corp. in Carmona Cavite. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimising our manufacturing operations at the production level. As the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective production of our high-quality roofing products.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the production team to meet daily, weekly and monthly targets
  • Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for improvement to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Implement and maintain effective quality control measures to ensure products meet or exceed customer requirements
  • Provide leadership and training to production staff to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with other departments such as procurement, maintenance and engineering to address any issues or challenges
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities
  • Ensure a safe and compliant work environment by enforcing safety protocols and regulations

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing supervisory role, preferably in the roofing or steel industry
  • Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, providing effective coaching and training
  • Proficient in using production management software and data analysis tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and safety standards
