Job Overview

Our organization seeks an experienced lead generator and sales professional to drive the growth of our ERP solutions business in Manila. You will play a critical role in supporting the sales team by prospecting, qualifying, and developing a pipeline of potential clients.


Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
  • Develop strong relationships with prospects to understand their business requirements and recommend suitable ERP solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the field sales team, marketing, and other departments to align efforts and drive the sales process forward.
  • Ensure accurate records of all sales activities are maintained in the CRM system and track sales performance metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and continuously enhance product knowledge to address customer pain points effectively.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in lead generation or sales with a proven track record of success.
  • Background in IT solutions, software, or SaaS sales, particularly in ERP/HR software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes, including financial management and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales enablement tools to optimize sales performance.
