Enterprise Payroll Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Payroll Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Understand customer requirements and design and deliver solutions that meet their needs
  • Work closely with team members and manage your own workload independently and confidently
  • Support more junior members of the team and share knowledge with them
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues

Requirements

  • Workday HCM, Financials or Payroll Certification (US payroll required)
  • Experience in a customer-facing, consulting environment
  • Clear and effective communicator
  • Good commercial awareness and understanding of project and business dynamics
  • Able to work within teams and apply all relevant standards and procedures
