
Business Development Leader

This leadership role requires a seasoned professional to lead the branch toward growth, new ideas, and strong customer bonds by selling products, building relationships, and helping your team develop.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of effectively managing sales teams, in-depth knowledge of banking products and services, and excellent communication skills for building and maintaining customer relationships.
As a Store/Branch Head at EastWest Banking Corporation, you will be responsible for making the branch the main distribution channel of the bank, growing and deepening relationships with existing clients, and implementing marketing programs/strategies that promote products and increase new bank customers.
You will also mentor and coach the branch sales team, approve transactions, and oversee the performance of service in the branch. Additionally, you will perform compliance/governance and risk management requirements based on the policies and framework set by the bank.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree, preferably a business course
- Equivalent experience in the banking industry is required
- Strong leadership skills and a track record of effectively managing sales teams
- In-depth knowledge of banking products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
