- Provide comprehensive credentialing support for all aspects of the credentialing and re-credentialing process.
- Ensure adherence to federal state and local regulations and accreditation standards.
- Assist with provider privileging by preparing necessary documentation and facilitating credentialing components of new provider onboarding.
- Support generation of credentialing reports, proactively identify and resolve credentialing issues and contribute to improvement of credentialing processes and workflows.
You are a highly organized and detail-oriented individual eager to contribute to a growing healthcare startup.
- Experience 1-3 years of relevant administrative support experience ideally within a healthcare setting or regulated environment.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team contributing to collective success and capable of managing tasks independently with minimal supervision.
- A keen eye for detail and methodical approach to managing documentation and data.
- Strong attention to detail and systematic approach to identifying and resolving discrepancies in data and documentation.
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improving administrative workflows and data management practices.
