Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with solid experience in Audit & Risk Management, Taxation, and Financial Planning & Analysis. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with tax regulations, managing internal controls, mitigating financial risks, and supporting strategic decision-making through accurate financial reporting and analysis.


Key Responsibilities:

Audit & Risk Management:

  • Lead and coordinate internal audit processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Identify financial and operational risks and recommend improvements in internal controls.
  • Develop risk assessment procedures and implement monitoring systems.
  • Support external auditors by preparing required documentation and coordinating audit processes.

Tax Compliance & Strategy:

  • Ensure compliance with local, national, and international tax regulations.
  • Prepare, review, and file accurate tax returns (corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, etc.).
  • Liaise with tax authorities and manage responses to tax assessments or queries.
  • Recommend tax strategies aligned with business goals and current laws.

Finance & Reporting:

  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and investment activities.
  • Provide financial insights to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate general ledger and accounting records.

Qualifications:
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in Audit, Tax, and Finance.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws, BIR regulations, and financial reporting standards (PFRS/IFRS).
  • Experience with audit procedures, risk assessments, and internal controls.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • High level of integrity and commitment to ethical standards.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams or multinational environments.
  • Exposure to regulatory compliance frameworks such as SOX, ISO, or other standards is an advantage.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture while maintaining attention to detail.

Work Schedule:
