Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Documenter to join our team. As a Medical Documenter, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Accurately document patient medical history, symptoms, and previous medical diagnoses.
  2. Transcribe verbal orders and medical dictation related to patient orders.
  3. Maintain EHR/EMR system records and ensure accuracy of medical record documentation.
  4. Facilitate coordination between healthcare providers, patients, and professionals.
  5. Ensure compliance with regulatory and/or institutional standards.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in medical fields or pharmaceutical-related industry.
  2. At least 1-year experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant, Medical Documentation, or related field.
  3. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  4. Solid understanding of medical terminologies and practices.
  5. Proficient in EHR/EMR systems and ability to troubleshoot common technical issues.
  6. Understanding of healthcare privacy regulations.
