Job Overview

This role involves working as a certified time and absence expert, providing expertise in payroll product suite with a focus on absence & time tracking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead deployment teams or coach others to gather and document client business requirements, design and configure solutions, demonstrate configurations through prototype systems, assist in testing, and complete knowledge transfer.
  • Collaborate with client data conversion teams to convert legacy data into payroll system.
  • Work with integration consulting teams to configure and test integrations between payroll system and third-party or custom solutions.
  • Mentor new professionals and serve as a professional role model, coaching others on product knowledge.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely, collaborate effectively, and work synergistically on team-based projects.
  • Facilitate clients' intellectual and practical adoption of best practices.
  • Ensure ongoing client satisfaction, ensuring you are referenceable and referable once in production.
  • Provide regular status reports to project managers, keeping them apprised of overall project status.
  • Innovate and suggest new approaches and tools to deploy payroll efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain certifications and qualifications.
  • Ensure functional solutions are compatible with downstream data translation, assisting integrators in configuring/testing integrations between payroll system and external systems.

Required skills include current payroll certification, 4+ years of configuring and implementing payroll/absence/time tracking solutions, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, previous consulting experience, and demonstrated project management experience.
