Job Title

The Digital Workplace Adoption Lead will spearhead the conglomerate-wide adoption of digital workplace and productivity technologies across various sectors. The Adoption Leader will be responsible for driving the adoption of digital workplace and productivity solutions utilizing current workplace productivity tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stay up-to-date on product roadmaps and new features of current workplace productivity tools.
  • Identify relevant features for employees and understand how other companies utilize industry workplace solutions.
  • Understand current solution utilization and determine adoption/usage baselines.
  • Design and execute adoption programs to increase adoption/usage, involving training, communications, hands-on guidance, and deploy new features or incremental changes.
  • Support end-user inquiries and issues as subject matter expert.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in Computer Science, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience managing workplace productivity tools (Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, Zoom, Mural, Mendix, etc.).
  • 3 years of experience driving service/solution adoption across medium to large enterprises.
  • Outstanding communication skills, verbal and non-verbal.
  • ITIL foundation certification preferred.
  • Capability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, requires little supervisory attention.
  • Desire to learn and become familiar with new areas of technology.
