Job Overview

This role involves leading the HR team to ensure effective collaboration and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of labour practices in the EMEA region.

The successful applicant will oversee day-to-day HR operations, allocate tasks based on team members' strengths and workload, and contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with organisational goals.

Key responsibilities include forecasting workforce needs, implementing plans to address talent gaps, handling complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations, identifying training needs, developing training programs, and promoting a culture of continuous learning within the HR department.

The role also involves overseeing the performance management process, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback, as well as working with managers to address performance issues and implement improvement plans.

Additionally, the successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring consistent application of HR policies and procedures throughout the EMEA region and staying abreast of changes in labour laws and regulations, adjusting HR practices accordingly.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Human Resources
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in EMEA HR operations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are essential
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse environment
  • In-depth understanding of labour laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices across the EMEA region
