Lead Talent Development Initiatives

In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the design and execution of innovative talent development programs, encompassing early careers, employee referral initiatives, and internal mobility frameworks.

The objective is to directly support business growth and strategic objectives through data-driven decision making and analytics.

  • Develop cutting-edge programs that align with organizational goals and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program execution and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive strategic talent acquisition initiatives that enhance hiring quality, speed, diversity, and business impact.
  • Design and implement global employee referral initiatives and internal mobility frameworks that drive results.
  • Develop and deliver executive-level insights and recommendations through impactful dashboards and presentations.
Requirements:
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in program management in recruitment, project management, strategy, talent acquisition or consulting, with a proven track record of leading large-scale or complex programs in a global or matrixed organization.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data and metrics to drive program decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills.
