About the Role

This role involves creating and implementing plans to attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

You will partner closely with other teams to build and execute on recruiting and sourcing strategies for various roles, aiming to hire the right talent while being cost-efficient.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Crafting compelling job postings and descriptions to appeal to top talent.
  2. Developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to fill critical roles.
  3. Leveraging your network and expertise to identify and engage top candidates.
  4. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop targeted solutions.
  5. Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform recruitment decisions.
  6. Maintaining accurate records and reporting on recruitment metrics and progress.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 – 12 years of related/industry experience.
  • 2-5 years of management or lead experience, with a proven track record of success in recruitment and talent acquisition.
