We are looking for aTalent Acquisition Partnerprofessional who is passionate about enabling aproduct-ledorganisation by engaging and hiring talentedmembers. This is a 4-month project focusing on the tech talent hiring.
What you will do:
Source and attract Talent for all our vacancies across multiple locations in the EU, Brazil and South East Asia.
You will do what you know best and attract the talent that fulfill hiring managers' expectations and requirements.
You will develop hiring manager relationships by being able to advise, influence, and manage expectations.
You will interview and assess active & passive talent and present the opportunities that meet their career aspirations.
You will develop a talent network by actively sourcing, networking, attending events, and getting involved in the industry.
Promote diversity and inclusion in talent acquisition practices.
Develop & support employer branding activities that include but are not limited to creating and managing branding campaigns, organizing and conducting social events and meet-ups.
Participate in process improvement implementation and wider people initiatives.
Understand the business and be able to create industry-specific content while keeping a focus on the growing start-up environment.
Workplace: South East Asia, remote.

Who you are:
You have extensiveexperience in talent attraction and acquisition, either from an in-house or agency model.
You have experience in leading a team.
You have experiencein leading key hiring projects, EVP, and driving sustainable impact into the organisation.
You want to be part of an international and diverse start-up company and play a key role in its identity development.
You are passionate about Talent topics, and you can drive our efforts in delivering our hiring manager's needs by attracting the right talent.
You have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
You can build trusted relationships and use your excellent judgment and strong communication skills across all levels of an organization.
You feel comfortable in the start-up environment, with a Global footprint, and a very diverse team.
You want to be part of an international and diverse start-up company and play a key role in its identity development.
Data analysis and measurement: the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure the impact of the hiring initiatives
You have experience managing your processes with ATS, keeping it updated and data accurate.
You are fluent in English,both verbal and written.
