Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive framework for Workday technology optimisation, including process mapping, workflow optimisation, user experience improvements, and enhanced reporting functionality.">
  • Design and implement robust supplier performance management framework that enables proactive risk management and data-driven supplier decisions.">
  • Establish a comprehensive category management approach that includes spend analysis, category strategies, sourcing methodologies, and standardised processes that leverage buying power and create specialised expertise across different spend categories.">
  • Develop industry-leading methodologies and frameworks for each initiative that can be scaled, measured, and continuously improved to deliver ongoing value to the organisation.">
  • Ensure all three initiatives work cohesively together to create a comprehensive procurement ecosystem that maximises impact and positions the function for strategic growth.">
