We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to lead and manage our Network Planning Team. You'll oversee project resourcing, team performance, and budget management, while driving strategic initiatives that improve efficiency and align with company goals.

About the Role
  • Lead and manage 3–6 Design Team Leads of varying seniority levels.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members while managing onboarding and continuous training programs.
  • Conduct performance assessments, provide regular feedback, and take appropriate performance management actions.
  • Manage workload distribution and ensure quality outputs for all stakeholder projects.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Establish and oversee project resourcing processes to ensure projects are adequately staffed.
  2. Assign tasks based on team members' strengths and expertise.
  3. Build business cases for team growth, run recruitment activities, and oversee effective onboarding.
  4. Ensure compliance with quality standards and implement quality control measures.
What We're Looking For
  • A minimum of 5 years of Operations Management experience.
  • Expertise in Telecommunications FTTx network design and engineering.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • An analytical mindset, capable of identifying trends and making informed decisions.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing dispersed teams.
