About This Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our recruitment team as a HR Recruitment Specialist.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the US healthcare market.
  • Source and screen candidates using advanced Boolean search techniques and sourcing tools.
  • Build relationships with clients and understand their hiring requirements to provide tailored solutions.
  • Measure and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve the efficiency of the hiring process.
  • Pursue revenue targets for RPO services and support cross-selling initiatives within the organization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Highly preferred: Past experience of hiring providers for the US healthcare market.
  • Proven work experience of at least 5 years as a Headhunter, Recruiter or similar.
  • Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, and hands-on experience with sourcing tools.
  • Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).
  • Excellent communication and persuasion abilities, particularly when making cold calls and sending recruiting emails.
  • Time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously.
