As a Campus Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process for interns and entry-level roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building and strengthening relationships with universities and colleges to ensure a consistent flow of top talent.
  • Representing the company at career fairs, info sessions, student events, and other on-campus/virtual activities to showcase our career opportunities.
  • Leading the hiring process for interns and entry-level roles – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers and onboarding.
  • Collaborating with HR and Marketing teams to design campaigns and initiatives that position us as an employer of choice among fresh graduates.
  • Developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of students and graduates to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Delivering a positive and engaging experience for candidates from first contact through hiring and onboarding.
  • Staying updated with recruitment trends in the region, student needs, and competitor activities to adapt strategies effectively.
  • Tracking and reporting key metrics related to campus hiring, event performance, and conversion rates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or university relations (campus recruitment experience is a strong plus).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable speaking with students, faculty, and large audiences.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with university partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, with strong event coordination and project management skills.
  • Willingness to travel across the country to attend university events and recruitment activities.
  • Passion for connecting with and developing young talent.
