Customer Interaction Support Supervisor

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of customer interaction professionals and contribute to the company's performance objectives by influencing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and brand reputation.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the customer interaction team to ensure timely and empathetic responses.
  • Evaluate individual and team performance, providing coaching as needed.
  • Maintain deep familiarity with the company's products, services, promotions, and policies to support accurate and effective customer interactions.
  • Utilize CRM tools such as Freshdesk to track, manage, and analyze customer interactions.
  • Interpret relevant data from the interaction database to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for service improvement.
Qualifications:
  • A graduate degree in business or a related field is required.
  • At least three years' experience as a customer service agent in a BPO/call center setting (voice and non-voice).
  • Experience in using and utilizing Freshdesk Customer Support platform is essential.
