
Senior Executive Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Virtual Assistant to provide top-notch support to our executive team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling meetings, handling email correspondence, and maintaining confidentiality.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including data entry, research, and document preparation. You will also be responsible for updating project management tools, coordinating with different teams, and providing customer support via email or chat.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills. Experience with productivity software, project management platforms, and AI tools is highly desirable.
Requirements- Qualifications:
- Quality Assurance, Trainer, Recruitment Specialist, or similar)
- Strong general business support skills, including:
- Administrative assistance
- Calendar and schedule management
- Email and inbox handling
- Basic documentation and reporting
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools such as:
- Productivity software (Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack, etc.)
- Project management platforms (Asana, Trello, ClickUp)
- AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude AI, Gemini, Notion AI, Canva AI (preferred but not required)
- Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience handling basic graphic design tasks (Canva, Adobe Express)
- Social media management experience
- Salary rate is up to $6/hr based on experience
