Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Talent Coordinator to join our team. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of our talent solutions process. This entry-level position is perfect for someone eager to grow in the field of recruitment and develop their skills in talent acquisition.

This role involves managing candidate pipelines, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating interview scheduling between candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters. You will also be responsible for drafting job descriptions, posting roles across platforms, and assisting in reporting and metrics tracking.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 0–3 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, HR, or coordination (internships count)
  • Basic knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn, job portals, basic Boolean)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy to maintain candidate records
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office/Google Suite; familiarity with ATS tools is a plus
