Sales Coordinator Opportunity

">Job Description:

As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing e-commerce platforms and marketplaces, including product listings, pricing, and content updates. You will handle customer inquiries, quotes, and order processing across digital channels. Your role will also involve coordinating domestic and international orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. In addition, you will monitor stock levels, generate replenishment reports, and support supply chain forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage e-commerce platforms and marketplaces
  • Handle customer inquiries and order processing
  • Coordinate domestic and international orders
  • Monitor stock levels and support supply chain forecasting

You will work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service. With time and training, you will expand your responsibilities to include handling inbound and outbound customer service calls.

">Required Skills and Qualifications:Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, sales coordination, or sales operations
  • Knowledge of Shopify and order management/finance systems
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze sales and inventory data
